Bengali Style ghugni Recipe
Ingredients to make Chatpata Ghugni Chaat
Yellow matar boiled with salt and Turmeric around 500gms.
Dry roasted Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
chaat Masala 1 teaspoon
1 small Onion chopped
green Chillis - 1 [chopped]
Minced Ginger and green chilli - 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Fresh corriander [handful]
Tomatoes chopped - 1
Cucumber and carrot is optional.
How to make Chatpata Ghugni Chaat
Boil the yellow matar properly not over cooked.
Take some boiled matar in a bowl and add chopped onions and fry roasted cumin powder.
Add amchur powder and lil chaat Masala.
Then put chopped fresh corriander,onion, green chillis and tomatoes
Mix them well. And then add tamarind pulp and lemon as per your taste.
Minced ginger is optional.
That's all and it's like a chaat and can be eaten as many times as you want.

When we are on diet and crave for chatpata salad, this chana or ghugni is the best option for a fresh health food
